  1. Gap Between Meals and Practice:
Ensure there is at least a
2-hour gap between meals and Yog Nidra practice. Ideally, maintain a 4-hour gap for optimal relaxation and deeper meditation.

  2. Wear Light and Comfortable Clothes:
    Dress in
light, loose, and comfortable clothing to allow your body to relax completely during the session. This will help you settle into a deeper state of consciousness.

  3. Dedicated Space for Practice:
Create a quiet, dedicated space for your practice. Use the same spot for all 8 days to help condition your mind and body to enter a meditative state easily. Ensure it’s free from distractions and has a comfortable surface to lie on (yoga mat, blanket, etc.).

  4. Use Earbuds or Wireless Earphones:
Listening to Yog Nidra through earbuds or wireless earphones will enhance your experience by immersing you in the sound, helping you focus better, and minimizing external noise.
